Back sore. Got Xrayed. Worked.

Food Consumed today                                                     Weight:  156 lb
8:00  coffee with milk
10:00 protein shake
12:30  Thai currry chicken soup, stuffed chicken wing
3:30  2 Tim Hortons cookies
5:45  3 strips bacon, beans
7:30  small bowl buttered and salted popcorn
9:30 4 spoons chocolate icing
It will be interesting to see what weight I am tomorrow.
