Catching Up

June 16, 2011 Thursday 65 days to go

Since Saturday June 11, I have done a 91 minute easy run and run a 5 K race in 31:02 chip time. Tonight was easy run 30 minutes. I did 32 minutes. Found it hard to make myself get out there and waited until after 9:00 PM before going. My right knee is a little tender on the knee cap and swollen as well so will ice it.

Food today:                                   Weight: 155.5 lb
8:00 coffee with milk
9:00 cottage cheese with fresh fruit salad
12:00 pork loin with mushrooms and sauce, chicken thigh, green salad, rice
2:30 Protein bar
5:30  hot dog with mustard, 1/2 glass beer
7:30  4 oatmeal cookies
10:00 2 small glasses chocolate milk
